Who is behind it
Ten years setting up Kassen. Then I built one.
For more than ten years I have been setting up Kassa and ERP systems from different manufacturers. I have installed them, run them and programmed them, and I have got them working again when it mattered.
Along the way I saw what annoys businesses. Prices that only grow after you sign. Maintenance in the middle of evening service. Software built for accounting and not for the person at the Kassa.
casse is the Kassa I always wanted to give my Kunden. Every line of the price is there up front, including the ones that cost extra. The RKSV is built in. And when you need help, someone from Vienna answers: someone who knows what a Saturday night at work looks like.
Switching
Switch at the turn of the year.
A new year is a clean break. You take the old Kassa out of service with the Schlussbeleg and report this in FinanzOnline, and you keep its DEP for seven years. casse starts in January with the Startbeleg. You bring your Artikel over by CSV or Excel.

What does casse really cost in the first year?Show answer
Your Paket, monthly from the end of the trial. Plus the signature certificate, paid once for the whole business: € 99,00 for one year or € 219,00 for five years. You can add the Jahresbeleg check at € 19,90 per year and the Support-Paket at € 49,90 per year. Everything else, such as an additional Kassa, is listed with its price on the pricing page.
Can I issue real Belege during the trial?Show answer
You can practise straight away, at no cost. For real Belege under the RKSV, you order the signature certificate, create the Startbeleg and register the Kassa with your FinanzOnline Webservice-Benutzer. The help section shows every step, and the first hour of remote start-up help is free during the trial.
Do I need new hardware?Show answer
Usually not. casse runs in the browser on iPad, Android tablet, PC and Mac, and for Android there is also an app. casse prints to USB Bondrucker with ESC/POS directly from Chrome or Edge, tested with the Epson TM-T20II. On the iPad, the Bon goes out via AirPrint.
What happens if the internet goes down?Show answer
The cart stays put, and nothing is booked twice. Until the connection is back, the legal emergency procedure applies: a handwritten Beleg, followed by Nacherfassung in casse. The help section guides you step by step.
And if the Finanzamt comes for a Kassennachschau (cash register inspection)?Show answer
Then you export the DEP straight from the Kassa. Startbeleg, Monatsbelege and Jahresbelege are ready, and every Bon can be checked via its QR code with the Belegcheck app.
How do I get out again?Show answer
Monthly, with 7 days’ notice to the end of the current Abo month, in the Kassa or by email. You export your data and your DEP yourself at any time, and after the end we keep them for 12 months free of charge. Only the signature certificate stays tied to casse; that is A-Trust’s rule.
Who helps me when something does not work?Show answer
Errors caused by casse and questions about your Abo never cost anything. For everything else there is the Support-Paket at € 49,90 per year, or help at € 19,90 per request. If a fault stops you taking payments, we start fixing it within two hours, daily from 08:00 to 22:00.
Can I bring my Artikel with me?Show answer
Yes. You import Artikel by CSV or Excel, and Kunden by CSV. Importing again updates them instead of creating duplicates. If you wish, we do it for you at € 49,90 per hour.
So the Kassa adds up every evening.
