Bar, Karte or both on one Beleg. Rabatt per item or on the whole Bon, and Trinkgeld kept apart from revenue and shown per person.
The RKSV is built in
Every Beleg is signed via A-Trust in Vienna and chained, no Kartenleser needed. casse creates the Startbeleg, Monatsbeleg and Jahresbeleg along the way, and you export the DEP at any time.
The Bon on paper or on the phone
casse prints straight from Chrome or Edge to a Bondrucker with USB and ESC/POS, and on the iPad via AirPrint. Your guest also gets the Beleg as a QR code or as a link by email or WhatsApp.
Settle up in the evening
Settle the Kassa with a count by notes and coins and a Kassasturz. During the day, the Zwischenstand shows where the day stands.
On the device you already have
casse runs in the browser on iPad, Android tablet, PC and Mac, and for Android there is also an app. A second screen shows your guests the Artikel, the Summe and their change.

Sign up and practise
Create an account and import your Artikel by CSV or Excel. Until you go live, only Übungsbelege are created, with no consequences.
Signature and Startbeleg
Order the signature certificate, create the Startbeleg and register the Kassa with your FinanzOnline Webservice-Benutzer. The help shows every step.
Take payments
From the Startbeleg on, every Beleg is signed. In the evening you settle up, and the Monatsbeleg comes by itself.

The Kassa with RKSV costs € 12,00 per month, net and cancellable monthly. The signature certificate is added once per business, for all Kassen, and you test free for 30 days.

When do I need a Registrierkasse?Show answer
The Registrierkassenpflicht applies above € 15,000 annual revenue (net) per business if more than € 7,500 of it are Barumsätze; payments by Karte count too. Below that, you still have to issue a Beleg for Barumsätze, with few exceptions. casse does both: Belege with and without Registrierkasse.
Does the Kassensystem run on an iPad and an Android tablet?Show answer
Yes, in the browser, and on PC and Mac as well. For Android there is also an app that prints over network and Bluetooth too; an app for iPhone and iPad is in preparation.
How does the RKSV signature work?Show answer
casse signs every Beleg via A-Trust in Vienna, no Kartenleser needed. The signature certificate covers the whole business and all Kassen; you pay it once in advance, for one to five years.
What happens if the internet goes down?Show answer
casse needs a connection. If it drops, the basket stays where it is and nothing is booked twice. For sales paid in cash (Bar), the Kassa prints an Ersatzbeleg and records it once the line is back, for at most 48 hours. Otherwise you write Belege by hand and enter them in casse afterwards.
What does a second Kassa cost?Show answer
€ 4,90 per month, and only what is in use counts. Küchendisplay and Kundendisplay are not Kassen, and Benutzer cost nothing extra.
