What the QR-Bestellung at the Tisch can do.

The QR-Bestellsystem is part of your Kassa, and guests still pay you.

  • No app

    The guest scans the QR code at the Tisch with their phone, and the order page opens in the browser. Raum and Tisch are already shown at the top.

  • Four languages

    German, English, Turkish or Arabic: the guest chooses at the top. Your Artikel appear exactly as you create them.

  • Allergene before the Bestellung

    Every Artikel shows its Allergene with the letters A to R, with the legend below. With the Rezepturen module, the Allergene of the ingredients are added automatically.

  • A note per Artikel

    “No onions” or “spicy”: the note goes to the Küche with the dish.

  • Straight to the Tisch and the Küche

    The Bestellung lands right away on the Bon of the Tisch in the Kassa and, with its number, on the Küchendisplay. The guest can order more at any time.

  • Digital Speisekarte

    The same Artikel and prices as at the Kassa, nothing to maintain twice. If you wish, your page at web.casse.at also shows the Speisekarte to browse, with pictures.

How the QR-Bestellung works.

  1. Check the Speisekarte

    Your Artikel are already on the Speisekarte. Add descriptions and Allergene, and take out anything guests should not order.

  2. Print the QR code

    In the Tischplan, open the Tisch under “Edit” and tap “QR code (self-order)”. Print the sheet and put it on the Tisch.

  3. Let guests order

    The guest orders and the Küche sees it at once. You take payment at the Kassa as always, with an RKSV-compliant Beleg.

QR-Bestellung is part of the Plätze module (Seats), together with Tischplan, Gänge and Küchendisplay. With the Kassa, € 17,90 per month, net: that is Gastro Start.

Nothing gets lost and nothing is sold twice. casse checks every item when taking payment, tells you, and reloads the Tisch with the new Bestellung.

Can someone send fake Bestellungen via the QR code?Show answer

Every Tisch has its own random code, and prices always come from your Kassa, never from the phone. If a Tisch sends too many Bestellungen in a short time, casse slows it down.
