Selling

Küche
The Küche knows.
What is rung up appears where the cooking is done.
- One tap on “To the Küche” sends new items, with course and note, to the Küchendisplay.
- Separate stations for Küche and Bar, with a Küchenbon if you wish.
- Guests order by QR code at the Tisch, in four languages, with allergen information.
Kiosk
Order at the kiosk. Collect by number.
Your guests order themselves, the Küche cooks, the screen calls the number.
- At the portrait-format kiosk, your guests order with pictures, as a Menü and with special requests, in four languages.
- Payment happens at the Kassa, where the Bestellung is already waiting with its number. A Gutschein that covers the whole Bestellung is redeemed right at the kiosk.
- The pickup display at the counter shows what is being prepared and what is ready to collect. With the Lieferung module, deliveries also appear at the bottom, with channel and number only; you can switch this off.
Termine
Termine that schedule themselves.
Your Kunden book, you work.
- A calendar per Mitarbeiter, chair, treatment room or Tisch.
- Online booking on your own page at web.casse.at, commission-free, with confirmation and an email reminder the day before.
- At the Kassa, one tap turns the Termin into the Bon.
Stock
Your stock adds up.
Goods in, goods out, and the numbers match.
- Stock in several locations, transfers between them, stocktaking per Artikel.
- Bestellung to the Lieferant and goods receipt, in full or in part.
- You see at a glance what falls below minimum stock.
Payment
Paid the way the guest wants.
Bar, Karte, Gutschein or all at once.
- Combine Bar, Karte and Gutschein on one Beleg.
- Trinkgeld (tips) kept apart from revenue, shown per person.
- On Rechnung for Stammkunden and companies.
Rechnung
From Angebot to Rechnung. No retyping.
Each document becomes the next, without typing anything twice.
- Angebot, Auftrag, Lieferschein, Rechnung and Mahnung, also in parts and as a Sammelrechnung.
- Rechnung by email, and if you wish also as an E-Rechnung to upload: ebInterface 6.1, Peppol-UBL or XRechnung.
- Import your bank statement as camt.053 or CSV, and casse matches the payments to open Rechnungen.
Closing
Settle up in the evening. Done.
Count, compare, save.
- Settle the Kassa with a count by notes and coins, Kassasturz and shift handover.
- Kassabuch for deposits, withdrawals and differences.
- Export for your Steuerberater: DATEV and RZL, BMD as an early version.
RKSV
The RKSV is built in.
Every Beleg signed and chained. That protects everyone who plays by the rules.
- Signature via A-Trust in Vienna, no Kartenleser needed.
- Startbeleg, Nullbeleg, Monatsbeleg, Jahresbeleg and Schlussbeleg; casse creates the Monatsbeleg automatically, even when the Kassa is idle.
- DEP export at any time, registration with FinanzOnline straight from casse, using your Webservice-Benutzer.

What you need.
Usually, you already have it.
A device with a browser: iPad, Android tablet, PC or Mac. For Android there is also an app.
Bondrucker with USB and ESC/POS, straight from Chrome or Edge, tested with the Epson TM-T20II. In the Android app also over network and Bluetooth, on the iPad via AirPrint.
Kassenlade on the Bondrucker: opens by itself on Barzahlung.
Barcode scanners that work like a keyboard. casse reads scale labels with weight or price directly.
Your Kartenterminal: you record Kartenzahlungen at the Kassa.
A second screen on the Kassenrechner shows your guests the Artikel, the Summe and their change.

How many Kassen can I run?Show answer
One Kassa comes with every Paket, and each additional one costs € 4,90 per month. Only what is in use counts. Küchendisplay and Kundendisplay are not Kassen and cost nothing.
Can I change my Paket later?Show answer
Yes, at any time under Settings, Abo. Before you switch, you see which modules are added or dropped; if you wish, you keep a dropped module on its own. Billing is pro rata, and Kassen, Benutzer and data stay.
Which languages does casse speak?Show answer
The interface speaks German, English, Turkish and Arabic, and everyone chooses their own. Belege, Rechnungen and everything for the Finanzamt stay in German.
What does my Steuerberater get?Show answer
The export for DATEV or RZL, BMD as an early version, and if you wish their own login to your business with office permissions.
