Base price € 12,00 for the RKSV-compliant Kassa, plus the modules for your industry. The Summe is the Paketpreis, whether as a Paket or booked individually.

A Paket is a preselection, not a Rabatt. Every module has a fixed price, and the Summe stays the same however you book. All modules together cost € 83,30 per month for one Kassa.

Signature certificate
Required by law for every Registrierkasse. One per business, for all Kassen, paid in advance: one year € 99,00, five years € 219,00. Within the five years you extend for € 30,00 per year; after that you need a new certificate at these prices. Included: 10.000 Belege per year. For up to 30.000 Belege, add € 69,00 per year; for unlimited Belege, € 229,00 per year. Tied to casse, not transferable to another provider.
Additional Kassa
One Kassa is included in every Paket. Each additional one in use: € 4,90 per month. Küchendisplay and Kundendisplay do not count.
Jahresbeleg check
€ 19,90 per year, optional. With your FinanzOnline Webservice access, casse checks the Jahresbeleg automatically. Without it: free with the Belegcheck app.
Support-Paket
€ 49,90 per year, optional. Personal help by ticket and email, with a remote session where needed, up to 30 minutes per request. Without the Paket: € 19,90 per request, up to 20 minutes. If a request takes longer, we charge € 49,90 per hour, per quarter hour or part thereof.

Errors caused by casse, questions about your Abo, and as many Benutzer as you like.
After your contract ends
We keep your data for 12 months free of charge, to read and export. After that only at your request, € 49,00 per year; otherwise we delete it after two reminders and confirm this to you.

    Up to 3 hours: Stammdaten, logo, Bon and Rechnung, up to 100 Artikel from your list, 5 Benutzer, 1 printer(s), FinanzOnline and Startbeleg.

  • On site in Vienna

    € 149,00 flat fee

    The same scope at your business, including printer and Lade. Outside Vienna € 0,50 per kilometre from the city boundary, there and back; beyond 100 km by arrangement.

  • Anything beyond

    € 49,90 per hour

    Per quarter hour or part thereof: more Artikel, Tischplan, staff, reconfiguration, data from your old Kassa.

How we charge.

  • All prices are Netto. Selyus e.U. is currently a Kleinunternehmer and charges no Umsatzsteuer (VAT).
  • If Umsatzsteuer becomes due, it is added to the Nettopreis, with two months’ notice and the right to cancel.
  • You pay monthly in advance, by Karte or SEPA direct debit. You can cancel with 7 days’ notice to the end of the current Abo month.
  • We adjust prices at most once a year, on 1 January, in line with the consumer price index, with two months’ notice. If the index falls, the price falls. Anything paid in advance keeps the old price.
  • The trial ends on its own. Nothing is charged until you book a Paket.

Questions about price.

Why is the signature not in the Paket?Show answer

Because it is charged per business, not per month. You pay it once in advance, for one to five years and for all Kassen together. That way it is out in the open instead of disappearing into the monthly price.

Can I move to a bigger Paket later?Show answer

At any time, billed pro rata. Kassen, Benutzer and data stay.

Is there a Jahresrabatt?Show answer

No. You pay the same price every month and are never tied in.

What does switching from my old Kassa cost?Show answer

You import Artikel and Kunden yourself by CSV or Excel, free of charge. If we do it, it costs € 49,90 per hour. You close the old Kassa with the Schlussbeleg, and its DEP stays with you.
